Kathi Presutti, owner and president, is uniquely qualified to Stage Your Home to Sell:
- Design degree from the University of Michigan School of Art
This means Kathi has formal training in color, composition and design principles
- Accredited Staging Professional (ASP™) and member of the International Association of Home Staging Professionals (IAHSP™) and the Great Lakes Chapter of IAHSP
But staging isn’t interior design! So Kathi has received specific training in proven techniques for preparing your home for sale and staging a vacant home to sell. Membership in IAHSP gives her access to skilled support services and helpful discounts on services and materials.

- Kathi has 31 years on the creative side of marketing and advertising; 14 of those years as Executive Creative Director, responsible for the creative product of the agency.
